Thank you for showing us around and being so quick to contact me regarding the viewing and sending all relevant info etc. You answered any questions I had and gave me some great advice. The viewing itself was easy and really Informal. All the Information about the property you provided us with at the beginning and we were then left to our own devices to have a look around in our own time and didn’t feel rushed or pressured whatsoever so thank you for that. I’d 100% approach Olly in the future if I was to sell/rent my property as I was very impressed with the service. Thank you again.

Paul Chant at Ewe Move Northampton North has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We decided to put our house on the market right after things started to unlock from the COVID crisis. We contacted Paul (as we had used Ewe move to sell our last house) and he got back to us within an hour or so. We had a chat over the phone and he came over to see the house at our earliest convenience. He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions in a very honest way. After about 10 days on the market our situation changed and we needed to push the sale of our house back by about a year, which means we had to take it off the market. When we told Paul and he was completely supportive and understanding and never made us feel bad about the decision. He was much more concerned about our welfare than losing a house (temporarily). There is no doubt in my mind that when we put the house back on, we will use him.I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling!

Very professional service, not just successfully selling our property but assisted with coordinating between our solicitors and the buyers and kept us fully informed as we progressed with the sale. Also, although we had a dedicated person from the outset we always knew that at times we could contact anyone in the Ewemove team who was always up to speed to answer our questions. A great experience and would not hesitate to recommend, thank you.

Dan was the estate agent for the house we bought- he was BRILLIANT! The best estate agent ever, always communicative and helpful, he is very conscientious, flexible and trustworthy. Even after completion he has continued to help us, recommending tradesmen and answering questions about the house, I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Nev Lyon is great! Our experience with EweMove was so much better than our previous experience with a bigger, high street estate agent, and this was all down to Nev. It was so reassuring to have a single point of contact and he always got back to us immediately if we had any questions. We were made to feel like genuinely valued customers. Because Nev took time at the outset to get to know us and our home, none of the viewings felt like a waste of time (Nev's marketing appeared to target only those buyers who were genuinely committed and who would be 'a good fit' for our home). As a result a full asking price offer came along pleasingly quickly! We would strongly recommend EweMove, particularly Nev's Guiseley & Otley branch. Date of experience: 02 April 2024
